Game changer! Today I'm working on a very little requested filling flavor - BANANA. Unbeknownst to me why this forgotten flavor gets looked over and passed up on the regular. Typically, I think everyone just assumes it's going to be a banana pudding - which by the way is DELISH. However, today I'm changing the game and making these bad boys (bananas above^ I won't mention who's they are, but you can still see remnants of the label, wink) into a beautifully balanced slightly sweet, smooth and silky Swiss Meringue BANANA buttercream...............why do I hear crickets?
This stuff is going to be AWESOME. And to add to your taste bud explosion, I'm pairing it with my Chocolate Velvet Cake - BOOM!
